On the property of Les Étangs Tremblant, we offer you a unique privilege; you can meet the largest land mammal in North America, the "Athabasca" wood bison.

We have created the first and only wood bison reserve in Quebec with the goal of protecting this endangered species.

A 15-minute walk on a trail where the aromas of nature will intoxicate you will bring you to bison territory, spread over 30 acres. At the call of your guide, the bison will descend from the mountain, and you can help in their feeding.

Your guide will explain the history of the bison species, as well as the way of life of this noble animal.
